A friend and I kept giving up on songs because the chords were too hard. So I built an app that reads a chord sheet PDF and gives you three versions of it, from easy to original. There's a practice mode and a play-along mode. It runs on my home server.

- Led the product for a B2B/B2C sales platform used by contact centres across Europe and North America, covering insurance, service contracts, and payments
- Moved the platform from V1 to V2: cut operational overhead by 40%, got dev teams shipping 30% faster, and roughly halved time-to-market
- Launched payments with Klarna, Adyen, Stripe, and Cash; used dynamic pricing and lifecycle flows to improve retention by around 10%
- Moved 3 countries in one quarter, then ran a 4-country rollout simultaneously, coordinating engineering, UX, ops, and commercial teams across different time zones
- Built working AI prototypes (a fraud detection tool, a chargeback flow) to show stakeholders what was possible rather than just describing it
- Trained an LLM on our product docs so it could answer team questions. Saved a lot of back-and-forth.
